Location: Elementary & Middle schools within Norman Public Schools
Schedule: Monday-Friday;
No weekends! AM shift 6:15 am - start of school/breakfast; PM shift 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm (AM shift optional)
- Full-time/Part-time benefits, including health and paid time off, are available.

- High School diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain).
- At least 3 years of experience in a school-age program or teaching setting preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership and supervision preferred.
- Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds).
- CDA Certification
- CCP Credential
- 12 credit hours in ECE/CD/SA through CECPD
- Oklahoma Certificate of Mastery
- 1050 hours of training and take the Master Teachers test (Must show proof of certificate)
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the site: schedules, ratios, staffing, and documentation.
- Oversee/facilitate curriculum implementation and ensure activities meet program expectations.
- Build a safe and inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements and AlphaBEST standards.
- Make child safety the top priority at all times.
- Maintain licensing compliance, documentation, and readiness for inspections.
- Track and manage site resources, attendance, and food program requirements.
- Supervise and mentor your site team, providing coaching and feedback and ensuring training requirements are met.
- Represent AlphaBEST with professionalism at school and community events.
- Build strong relationships with families, school staff, and AlphaBEST leadership to support student success.
