AlphaBEST Education – School Year:
Before/After School Group Leader – CDA Certified/Master Teacher
Salary Range: $17.50/hour

Location: Roosevelt Elementary School (Norman Public Schools)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (No weekends). AM shift optional: 6:30 am – start of school / breakfast. PM shift: 2:30 pm – 6:00 pm.

Here is what you will need: Master Teacher / CDA certification.
- CDA Certification
- CCP Credential
- 12 credit hours in ECE/CD/SA through CECPD
- Oklahoma Certificate of Mastery
- 1050 hours of training and take the Master Teachers test (must show proof of certificate)
- Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts).
- Make child safety the top priority at all times.
- Keep the space clean and organized.
- Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included.
- Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff.
