• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for young children
• Implement age‑appropriate lesson plans that are provided for you
• Implement positive behavioral guidance strategies and ensure a safe learning space
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
• Support individual learning needs and encourage social and emotional growth

• Early Childhood Degree or Certification
• Level 4 or higher on Professional Development Ladder (PDL)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for nurturing and educating young children
• Experience in early childhood education and preschool settings preferred

Salary Range: $15 – $20/hr (based on education, years of experience, and PDL level)

Shift

Schedule:

Full‑time, 8 am–5 pm, no nights, no weekends, no lesson planning required.
