Work Schedule:

Targeted 10-20 hours per week within Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Supervisor will work with employee to create a schedule that fits around their class schedule. Travel:

The School of Library and Information Studies is looking for an engaged and creative individual to help support our academic mission. This on-campus position provides part-time support of daily operations which typically includes:

• Serving as the first point of contact to the School welcoming visitors in-person and answering phones,
• Assisting with design of promotional materials and social media posts,
• Providing support to digitization of records, and
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be currently enrolled in the Fall 2026 Term as an undergraduate student in good standing at the University of Oklahoma.
• Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.

• Good communication skills
• Able to follow detailed instructions and procedures independently
• Maintain a regular weekly schedule
