Location: Roosevelt Elementary School ; 4250 W Tecumseh Rd, Norman, OK 73072

Schedule: The Group Leader is expected to report at their site 2:30pm-6:00pm on Monday
- Friday. (No weekends!) Various hours may be needed at times for work load.

Pay & Benefits:

• starting at $17.50 per hour (Current CDA Certification/ Master Teacher rate)

Here is what you will need:
Be a Master Teacher/ Current CDA certification

You can meet the requirements in one of the following ways:

• CDA
• CCP Credential
• 12 credit hours in ECE/CD/SA through CECPD
• Oklahoma certificate of Mastery
• 1050 hours of training and take the Master Teachers test (Must show proof of certificate)

As an AlphaBEST Group Leader, you'll be trained and have the chance to do the following:

• Ensure the successful implementation of engaging programs that advance the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of children.
• Complete adventurous tasks that ignite a child's sense of wonder.
• Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing/operating clubs that build on the student's interests and talents.
• Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered at your program site.
