CAD Technician, Transportation Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise technical drawings for transportation, municipal, and/or land/site development projects
• Assist in design, quantity calculations, and completing plan sheets
• Prepare, read and understand construction plans and technical documents and have a functional understanding of design software packages
• Work under the direction of a PE & Project Manager

• Associate’s degree in Civil Engineering Technology or similar degree from an accredited school
• 3+ years of experience in Municipal / Transportation engineering or related field is required
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• 2+ years of experience using Open Roads Designer
• Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic will allow you to excel in this position
• Ability to work 40 hours a week
• Work is primarily performed in an office environment with standard office equipment; occasional travel or field visits may be required to support
• Ability to work full-time in office at WSB’s Norman, OK office location
