Job Summary
- Prepares departmental and service line budgets in alignment with organizational goals.
- Maintains and compiles daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual statistics.
- Develops, maintains and analyzes financial models and forecasts including rolling forecasts.
- Performs variance analysis (budget vs. actual), identifies drivers and provides actionable recommendations, and distributes financial and budget variance analysis reports.
- Prepares reports, verifies accuracy, and distributes internal and external reports.
- Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. - Experience:
Two years of healthcare accounting or equivalent.
