ECMC Group, a nonprofit focused on helping students succeed, seeks a loan counselor to contact student loan borrowers throughout the loan lifecycle to discuss repayment options and keep loans current.
Under supervision, you will make outbound calls to counsel borrowers on options to manage student loans, inform them of responsibilities and consequences of default, and maintain accurate documentation. Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
