Find your calling at Mercy! The role is responsible for providing skilled nursing services to patients in their homes under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Must assess, plan, implement and evaluate patients' needs and care.

Qualifications:

• Licensure
  :
  Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; consideration will be given for comparable education experience and successful licensure. Must be personally responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current LPN license within the hiring state and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements. Must be licensed driver.
• Experience
  : 1 year of experience. Certification(s): CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)

  • IV Certification within 1 year of hire
  • Other unit‑specific certifications as required.
• Physical Requirements

  • Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
  • Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
  • Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
