Home Care Registered Nurse Caseload OKC Metro

Overview

This PRN / Part-Time Registered Nurse role provides in-home assessments and patient advocacy throughout the OKC metro area. The position is 100% assessment-based, with no hands-on care, lifting, or bedside care. Nurses will complete verbal and observational assessments, communicate with patients and families, and relay clinical information to the care team.

• Conduct verbal and observational nursing assessments in client homes
• Partner with patients and families to support care goals
• Complete accurate and timely documentation

This position focuses on:

• Independent, low-stress nursing
• One-on-one patient and family interaction
• Flexible, self-paced work

• Hands-on bedside care
• Facility or hospital shifts
• Physical care tasks such as lifting or bathing

• PRN / Part-time

• Active Oklahoma RN license
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Preferred, but not required:
  Experience in home health, home care, hospice, inpatient rehabilitation (IPR), or skilled nursing facility (SNF)
