In this role, your day‑to‑day responsibilities center on patient safety, clinical precision, and team collaboration. You will ensure the sterile field remains intact, assist surgeons by anticipating instrumentation needs, and manage instrumentation and supply carts with accuracy and speed. You’ll support room setup and turnover, scrub and gown procedures as assigned, and participate in time‑critical workflows that demand calm, focused performance.

Your contribution will extend to verifying patient information, observing for signs of malfunctions or contamination, and helping with imaging or specimen labeling as directed.
