We are on FIRE Norman! Luxe Life Senior Living is hiring an experienced Business Office Manager.

We are in search of a Business Office Manager to join our team!

We are committed to providing kind, competent and compassionate services to those entrusted to our care and an enjoyable work environment for our staff. Will report to the General Manager and is an integral part of the core management team.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Participating in and contributing to the facility leadership meetings and processes.
  • Following company policies and procedures to produce accurate revenue.
  • Billing and follow up to ensure timely collections of private payers.
  • Ensuring adherence to all related federal and state rules and regulations.
  • Coordinating various support services and personnel to ensure the office runs smoothly.
  • Managing critical deadlines and keen attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance, HMOs, and Hospice.
  • Knowledge of verifying payor sources.
  • Ability to work across departments to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Knowledge of state and federal nursing home guidelines.
  • Track facility census information, send census daily.
  • Admission Contract completion.
  • Prepare and scan deposits and enter data into Point Click Care.
  • Complete census, payer builds and payer verification in PCC.
  • Review resident accounts and aging reports on ongoing basis.

Requirements

Skills Required
:
Experience of Business Office Management of at least 2 years, strong multitasking, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are critical for a successful career as a business office manager. Strong knowledge of Medicaid including the application process is preferred. Experience with Point Click Care software is preferred.
