Adjunct Instructor, Physical Therapist Assistant ) - PTT

Under the general direction and supervision of the Dean and the Program Chair, the Adjunct Instructor will provide instruction to students in various courses which could include face‑to‑face, online, laboratory, and/or clinical settings. This is a part‑time, temporary position.

The position is part‑time and temporary. The Adjunct Instructor will:

• Provide instruction in Physical Therapist Assistant courses.
• Deliver face‑to‑face, online, laboratory, and clinical instruction as scheduled.
• Prepare course materials and assessments.
• Maintain accurate and current student records.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff on curricular matters.

• Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Currently a certified Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Two (2) years of work experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Membership in the American Physical Therapy Association.
• CPR Certification.
• OR
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Licensed in the State of Nebraska.
• Two (2) years of work experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Membership in the American Physical Therapy Association.
• CPR Certification.

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Work experience as a Physical Therapist within the last four years.
• Teaching experience in a post‑secondary educational institution.

Salary TBD.

Part‑time temporary employees are eligible to participate in the TIAA retirement plan through a Roth, SRA, or 457(B) account, with no match provided by the College.

This is a part‑time temporary position with assignments based on program needs.
