ExperienceAt least 24 months hospital pharmacy (or equivalent as determined by pharmacy leadership), exceeds the minimum requirements of Level I.
Licensure/CertificationOK permit required within 90 days of hire, and PTCB CPhT certification required within 90 days of hire (subject to termination).
Other Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesAll Level I and II competencies.
