Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring Occupational Therapists/OTs to help patients in the home improve daily living activities and restore functional independence. You will administer skilled services per physician orders and care plans, while teaching family members and other care team members to support ongoing recovery.
Requirements include graduation from an approved OT program and active licensure in the practicing state;
Medicare home health experience is preferred.
