Inner Circle Mental Health is hiring a part-time licensed mental health professional to provide in-office therapy services at our Norman, Oklahoma location.
This position is designed for a clinician seeking a consistent part-time schedule, predictable hourly compensation, administrative support, furnished office space, and connection to an established clinical team.
Inner Circle specializes in serving first responders, veterans, emergency personnel, healthcare workers, and others working in high-trauma or high-stress professions. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, dependable, culturally responsive, and interested in trauma-informed work.
The clinician will generally work Monday through Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., providing outpatient therapy and completing related documentation, care coordination, and clinical responsibilities during scheduled work hours.
Position SummaryThe Part-Time Afternoon Therapist is a W-2 employee of Inner Circle Mental Health.

The clinician will generally provide approximately 16 appointment slots per week within a 20-hour work schedule. Remaining scheduled time may be used for documentation, client communication, care coordination, training, case consultation, intake support, and other assigned clinical or administrative responsibilities.
CompensationThis is an hourly W-2 employee position.
The anticipated starting rate is $36–$40 per hour.
The specific rate will be based on:
- Professional license
- Years of post-licensure experience
- Relevant trauma-treatment experience
- Specialized clinical certifications
- Experience serving first responders, veterans, or related populations
- Documentation, communication, and clinical judgment

The top of the advertised range is reserved for highly qualified candidates with substantial relevant experience, specialized trauma training, first-responder or veteran experience, or another valuable clinical specialty.
Employees are paid for all approved hours worked, including scheduled clinical care, required documentation, approved meetings, training, care coordination, and other assigned responsibilities.
Payroll is processed every two weeks. Applicable federal and state payroll taxes will be withheld.
Estimated gross compensation at 20 hours per week:

Actual compensation will depend on the employee’s approved hourly rate and hours worked.
Caseload ExpectationsThe clinician will generally maintain approximately 16 recurring appointment slots per week.
During the initial onboarding and credentialing period, the caseload will build gradually. It may take approximately 60–90 days to complete payer credentialing and several additional months to develop a consistent caseload.
Expected productivity after the initial ramp-up period is approximately:
- 12–16 completed client sessions per week
- Timely completion of all documentation
- Consistent maintenance of assigned availability
- Appropriate client retention and continuity of care
- Prompt communication regarding cancellations, schedule changes, and client needs
Clinical productivity, availability, client retention, documentation, and overall position fit will be reviewed during the first 90 days and periodically thereafter.
Training and Team SupportSelected clinicians will have the opportunity to complete Responder Ready Clinician Certification, a training valued at approximately $3,100.
