central oklahoma community mental health center (cocmhc), norman, ok is currently recruiting for licensed behavioral health professionals who have the desire to support others in their recovery and wellness journey. This position will provide individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their families. They will join a talented multi-disciplinary treatment team providing promising and evidenced based services. • full-time positions
• licensed salary: $70,000.00 ($33.65/hr) + benefits!
• under supervision salary: $65,000.00 ($31.25/hr) + benefits!
• flsa status: non-exempt or exempt (depending on if licensed or not)
• currently hiring for the children and family department.

additional compensation: along with our great benefits we also offer additional compensation for working outside of normal business hours! These shift differentials are stacked on top of your base pay when working evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays.

• licensed: master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or closely related field; and must be a practitioner with a license to practice in the state issued by one of the following licensure boards: psychology; social work (clinical specialty only); professional counselor; marriage and family therapist; behavioral practitioner; or alcohol and drug counselor. • under supervision: master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or closely related field; and must be actively and regularly receiving board approved supervision, and extended supervision by a fully licensed clinician if board’s supervision requirement is met by the individual is not yet licensed, to become licensed by one of the following licensure boards: psychology; social work (clinical specialty only); professional counselor;
