Job Posting Locations

Eastern and Southwestern Oklahoma Region

Licensed Behavioral Health Professionals (or those under board-approved supervision).

Must be certified in Oklahoma

DHS clients are expected to be in-person sessions while others can be teletherapy through video and/or phone sessions as needed.

Cornerstone pays for your insurance credentialing.
Cornerstone is contracted to bill through most private and commercial insurances, Oklahoma and Texas Medicaid, and Medicare.
Cornerstone is a member of two EAP Programs, including the current largest EAP program available, serving over 4,000+ companies, such as Walmart, HEB, Starbucks, and many more.

Minimum qualifications (one or more of the following)

Requires a minimum of a Master’s Degree with a license to practice or those actively and regularly receiving board-approved supervision to become licensed by one of the following licensing boards:
Psychology
Social Work (Clinical specialty only)
Licensed Professional Counselor
Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor
Behavioral Health Practitioner
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide behavioral therapy and mental health counseling, utilizing appropriate treatment modalities.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
Engage in crisis intervention and support clients through challenging situations.
Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision as required.
