QualificationsOne year clerical experience and six months healthcare experience are required. Prefer medical office, insurance, hospital or computer experience. Keyboard skills accurate 30 wpm. Expertise in customer relations, telephone skills and computer applications.
Education
High School Education or equivalent. Working knowledge of Medical Terminology required.
Experience
Six months clerical and customer service experience required.
Some computer experience required.
Medical and insurance experience required.
Must be able to type a minimum of 30 WPM.
