Frontier Hospice is seeking an RN Hospice Hospital Liaison to reach out to hospitals and medical facilities to grow referrals and census, using clinical knowledge and empathetic communication to educate families about hospice services.
This on-site role covers the OU Hospital territory, with a Monday–Friday, 9 am–6 pm schedule, and offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, PTO, holidays, 401(k) matching, and wellness programs.
