W-2 Employee | Part-Time to Full-Time Growth Track | Norman, Oklahoma

Inner Circle Mental Health is seeking a licensed therapist who wants to support first responders, veterans, and people in high-trauma professions.

This position begins part-time, with the opportunity to grow into full-time employment as a sustainable caseload develops. You’ll have access to clinical consultation, administrative support, and professional development while doing meaningful, relationship-centered work.

Provide outpatient mental health services primarily in person at our Norman office. Remote opportunities may be considered based on client demand and clinical needs.

Both part-time and full-time roles are hourly W-2 positions. Scheduled hours grow based on referrals, credentialing, availability, and sustained caseload demand. A full-time transition is not guaranteed within a specific timeline.

• Provide trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy within your professional scope.
• Complete clinical assessments and individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Support appropriate client communication and continuity of care.
• Participate in clinical consultation and team collaboration.
• Follow ethical, licensing, HIPAA, and company requirements.
• Accurately record clinical and nonclinical work time.

• Practice-generated referrals and marketing support.
• Scheduling and front-office assistance.
• Billing, collections, and insurance credentialing.
• Furnished office space, company technology, and EHR access.
• Clinical consultation and a collaborative team.
• A paid documentation allowance equivalent to 15 minutes per completed session, with additional actual documentation time paid.
• In-house continuing education and company-funded professional development opportunities, subject to approval.
• Access to Resilient Responder Clinician Certification training.
• A pathway toward full-time employment and benefits eligibility.

Eligible full-time employees may participate in health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, and paid-leave benefits according to applicable plans and policies.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or another appropriate behavioral health field.
• An active Oklahoma clinical license or approved candidate/provisional status permitting practice under supervision.
• Strong clinical judgment, professional boundaries, and documentation skills.
• A dependable, collaborative approach to client care and teamwork.
• Interest in developing a long-term role within the practice.

Experience serving first responders, veterans, or other high-trauma populations is valued. Training in EMDR, CPT, or other evidence-based trauma treatments is a plus. A personal connection to these communities is welcome but not required.
