Housekeeper - Norman Area

This position is located in Norman area.

JOB SUMMARY:

Perform light cleaning duties to maintain the cleanliness and attractiveness of the Sarah and John Graves Center during business hours.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Continually clean public spaces: waiting rooms, hallways, staff kitchens, restrooms, elevators, stairways, and other work areas so that the facility's remain orderly, attractive and clean, Ensure the furniture is placed in proper arrangement in all lobbies, meeting rooms and offices. Transport trash and waste to disposal areas. Responds to all biohazard substances and disposes of them properly. Receives and stocks storage closets with cleaning and paper supplies.

Cleans furniture and equipment if soiled during business hours. During periods of inclement weather, dry mop first floor lobby. Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture to remove spills/stains which occur during business hours. Clean windows on entry doors. Replace light bulbs in lobby lamps as required.
