Therapist (LPC or LCSW) - Red River Youth Academy

At Red River Youth Academy, we believe in hope, second chances, and new beginnings. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapist (LPC or LCSW) to join our multidisciplinary team and provide essential mental health services to our clients.

About the Role:

As a Therapist at Red River Youth Academy, you will work closely with our clients to identify their strengths and set achievable goals. You will also support them in adjusting to a drug-free lifestyle, provide emotional and physical assistance with personal challenges, and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with clients

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans

• Collaborate with other treatment team members to provide comprehensive care

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field

• LPC or LCSW license in Oklahoma, or under supervision for clinical hours (LPC supervision provided)

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Must pass background check and drug test

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
