About the role:
- A typical day in the life of our talent acquisition specialist may include consulting with hiring managers, conducting phone interviews, and sourcing candidates.
- You'll also be responsible for managing our openings on job boards and possibly placing job ads.
- Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, and gathering feedback from hiring managers
- Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms of employment as needed, working closely with hiring managers and HR leadership
- Conduct background screenings for selected candidates, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations
- Ideally, you're an expert communicator, because you'll likely spend a good chunk of your time on the phone with candidates or advising Nextep's hiring managers.

Requirements
About you:
- You have prior experience hiring skilled professionals in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with 18 to 36 months of recruiting experience to show it.
- You can provide top-notch customer service and project management to our hiring managers.
- You have solid experience in sourcing candidates through advanced sourcing strategies, networking, and job boards.
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
