Depending on experience and qualifications, the organization is open to hiring at either the HR Manager or HR Director level. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic and hands-on HR leader who enjoys partnering with management, developing people programs, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Position Overview
The selected candidate will play a critical role in overseeing and supporting a wide range of human resources functions, including:
- Employee relations and performance management
- Talent acquisition and recruiting
- Compensation and benefits administration
- Payroll oversight
- Policy development and implementation
- Employee training and development
- Compliance with federal, state, and applicable employment regulations
- HR records management and reporting
- Workforce planning and organizational development
- Coaching and advising managers on employee matters
- Investigations, corrective action processes, and conflict resolution
- Job description development and maintenance
- Administration of employee benefit programs and retirement plans
HR Director Level
The HR Director will provide strategic leadership for the Human Resources function, oversee HR operations, develop departmental budgets, implement organization-wide policies and procedures, and serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits, and team leadership.
HR Manager Level
The HR Manager will support and oversee day-to-day HR operations while partnering closely with leadership to drive employee engagement, recruitment, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations initiatives. This role requires a hands-on professional who can balance strategic thinking with daily execution.
