Digital Solutions Consultant (Adobe Commerce / Business Analyst)

Position Overview

Blue Acorn iCi is seeking a Digital Solutions Consultant (DSC) with strong Adobe Commerce (Magento) experience and a solid background in business analysis and functional consulting.

This role will act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that ecommerce requirements are clearly defined, documented, and translated into scalable Adobe Commerce solutions.

This position requires a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who can support end-to-end ecommerce implementations, from discovery through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Adobe Commerce initiatives

* Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria

* Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of ecommerce features and integrations

* Support end-to-end Adobe Commerce (Magento) implementations, including catalog, checkout, promotions, and payment workflows

* Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder alignment across business and technical teams

* Ensure data, integrations, and platform configurations align with business requirements and best practices

* Identify gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities across ecommerce experiences

* Act as a liaison between product, business, and development teams to drive successful delivery

Required Qualifications

* Strong experience working with Adobe Commerce (Magento) - required

* Experience in a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or DSC role within ecommerce environments

* Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions

* Experience writing:

* User stories

* Functional documentation

* Acceptance criteria

* Solid understanding of ecommerce workflows (catalog, cart, checkout, promotions, payments)

* Experience working in cross-functional teams (business, product, engineering)

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud tools (AEM, AEP, etc.)

* Familiarity with system integrations (ERP, CRM, payment gateways)

* Experience in agile delivery environments

Additional Information

* Location:

Norman, Oklahoma

* Work Model:
On-site (5 days per week)

The base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $150,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
