Salary: $80,000 - $94,000 annually (based on experience)

The Technology Solutions Manager is responsible for the administration and management of day-to-day operations of the Technology Solutions team, leads and manages Technology Solutions staff, provides administrative oversight and support on all Technology Solutions projects and initiatives.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the Technology Solutions team
  • Provide oversight and support for technology projects and initiatives
  • Supervise, mentor, coach, and evaluate assigned staff
  • Coordinate project planning, execution, risk management, and evaluation
  • Oversee application and web-based solutions, including AI tools and content management systems
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure usability, accessibility, and performance standards
  • Support implementation and enhancement of Learning Management Systems such as Totara or Moodle
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards, including Section 508 and WCAG 2.2
  • Monitor productivity, resource utilization, and project outcomes
  • Support onboarding, staff development, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Perform additional duties to support departmental and organizational goals
What You Bring
  • Required

    Education & Experience:

    Bachelor’s degree, AND 3 years of management, leadership, or project experience.
  • Equivalency:
    Will accept 48 months related experience in lieu of the Bachelor’s degree for a total of 84 months of experience.
  • Experience leading technology-based programs, products, or initiatives
  • Experience supervising technical or technology-adjacent teams
  • Knowledge of AI tools, digital platforms, and web-based applications
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and digital learning technologies
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards and Universal Design principles
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively
