Job Number: 492718 | Technology Solutions Manager - Norman, Oklahoma, United States
Salary: $80,000 - $94,000 annually (based on experience)
The Technology Solutions Manager is responsible for the administration and management of day-to-day operations of the Technology Solutions team, leads and manages Technology Solutions staff, provides administrative oversight and support on all Technology Solutions projects and initiatives.
What You’ll Do- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the Technology Solutions team
- Provide oversight and support for technology projects and initiatives
- Supervise, mentor, coach, and evaluate assigned staff
- Coordinate project planning, execution, risk management, and evaluation
- Oversee application and web-based solutions, including AI tools and content management systems
- Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure usability, accessibility, and performance standards
- Support implementation and enhancement of Learning Management Systems such as Totara or Moodle
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards, including Section 508 and WCAG 2.2
- Monitor productivity, resource utilization, and project outcomes
- Support onboarding, staff development, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform additional duties to support departmental and organizational goals
- Required
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree, AND 3 years of management, leadership, or project experience. - Equivalency:
Will accept 48 months related experience in lieu of the Bachelor’s degree for a total of 84 months of experience. - Experience leading technology-based programs, products, or initiatives
- Experience supervising technical or technology-adjacent teams
- Knowledge of AI tools, digital platforms, and web-based applications
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and digital learning technologies
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards and Universal Design principles
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively
