Epic Charter Schools in Oklahoma City is seeking an IT Support Specialist I to diagnose, repair, and maintain devices including Chromebooks, iPads, PCs, Macs, and MiFi hotspots. You will set up and configure equipment and handle escalated requests to minimize user disruption.
The role requires an Associate's Degree or higher in technology or equivalent experience, 1–3 years of desktop support, and the ability to assist remote users. Travel to various Epic offices will be required.
