We are seeking a team-oriented, logistics-focused individual for the position of Installation Crew Member. Responsibilities include installing, dismantling, and warehousing equipment for events, including tailgating at university sites. The role offers opportunities for growth and increased responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Loading and preparing vehicles for equipment delivery, including tent structures
  • Ensuring safety procedures are followed in the warehouse and onsite
  • Maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness
  • Managing equipment maintenance and safety
  • Implementing safety policies to prevent injuries
  • Communicating effectively with supervisors and team members
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Team player with strong organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and a self-starter
  • Able to lift at least 50 lbs and perform physical labor
  • Reliable transportation and communication
  • Availability nights, weekends, and long shifts
  • Enjoys outdoor physical work
