Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager
Position Summary
This position manages and oversees all crew members reporting to their market.
Essential Job Functions- Hire and supervise Operation Crew members. Conduct employee performance reviews.
- Provide guidance and expertise to crew members.
- Assist crew members with billboard installation/maintenance and vegetation control at job sites when necessary.
- Manage Operations workshop, crew vehicles and equipment. Ensure all tools work properly and the workshop is clean and stocked. Responsible for renting additional tools, such as, boom lifts, as needed.
- Schedule and assign crews work orders, routes, hotel accommodations if traveling overnight.
- Review, complete and approve weekly payroll reports, expense reports, POP (Proof of Performance) submissions. Track and collect missing information as needed.
- Check in vinyl's received to ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget. Track and store returned vinyls.
- Maintain records, logs and inventory lists for materials, tools, equipment, devices, maintenance, Capex, and crew members. Order additional supplies as needed.
- Conduct monthly safety meetings and safety inspections. Track safety incidents, training courses, and certifications. Foster a safe work environment.
- Communicate with leadership team and other departments regarding deadlines, workloads, equipment/supply needs and budget matters.
- Attend market meetings and Operations Department meetings.
- Conduct quarterly market rides and travel market territory as needed.
- Coordinate and communicate schedule requirements, log information, and crew needs with the Operations Associate.
This work environment is an office-like setting with moderate noise and outdoors in all weather conditions.

Physical Exertion:
The incumbent may be required to lift approximately 100 pounds without restrictions or limitations.
Vision:
The incumbent must possess close, midrange, distance, and peripheral vision; as well as the ability to identify colors, judge distances and adjust focus.
Speaking/Hearing:
The incumbent must be able to give and receive information through speaking and listening.
Motor Coordination:
The incumbent in this position is frequently required to use their hands and reach with their hands and arms. The incumbent is periodically required to sit. The incumbent is occasionally required to stand, walk, and stoop, kneel, crouch or bend.
Education and Experience
High school diploma (or equivalent) is required.
5 years of related experience.
Valid CDL Driver’s License preferred, but not required.
Ability to climb – not afraid of heights.
Ability to follow OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Must successfully pass a background check and drug test.
