Realty Project Coach

Position Summary:

As a Realty Project Coach within the Realty Execution team for Walmart US, you own the delivery of store and club remodels, new store/club openings, and special projects across the United States. You ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards while collaborating with store leadership and supervising hourly associates.

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores, communicating plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Supervise hourly team members, provide coaching, manage escalations, and ensure operational continuity during construction activities.
• Motivate and lead cross‑functional teams to meet project timelines and deliverables.
• Support store leadership by minimizing operational impact and maintaining clear communication.
• Travel to projects across the country as required; manage project logistics and schedule.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and at least 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area, OR 3 years of experience in any of those fields.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Master’s degree in Business or related field.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Primarily overnight shifts ranging from 10 to 12 hours. Frequent travel up to 1,000 miles; you may spend 80% of your time away from home, or 17–21 days at a time, depending on project needs. Mileage and overnight stays are reimbursed.

Annual salary range: $60,000 – $110,000, with potential performance bonuses and quarterly incentives. Additional compensation may include stock options.
