Production Planner

Viersen, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany Tasks:

Planning and controlling production orders in production and monitoring adherence to deadlines

Ensuring material availability, identifying bottlenecks (production capacities) and initiating appropriate measures in coordination with purchasing and other production departments

Scheduling and releasing production orders in the ABAS ERP system / etagis planning tool Short-, medium-, and long-term capacity planning for resources and compensatory measures in the event of capacity bottlenecks

Maintaining master data in the ERP system

Customer scheduling

Supporting and planning NPI projects

Developing relevant key performance indicators for the planning and production areas (such as DOH, OTD, ATS, etc.)Development and planning of forecasts (sales planning) in coordination with the sales department

Your Profile:

Successfully completed degree in economics/technology or equivalent training

Solid professional experience in production planning/scheduling in a manufacturing company

Very good MS Office skills

Knowledge of ERP/PPS systems (Oracle & etagis desirable)
Independent, analytical, and precise working style

A careful approach to work, flexibility, assertiveness, communication skills, and the ability to work in a team are a matter of course for youGood written and spoken English skills
