** Thurs 7pm-5:30am, Fri 7pm-6:30am, Sat 9pm-6:30am, Sun 6pm-4:30amWe’re looking for a dependable Technician to support MPW operations by performing hands-on industrial cleaning and labor support tasks. This role plays a key part in maintaining safe, efficient, and high-quality work environments across job sites.

What You’ll DoArrive at assigned job sites on time and maintain a professional, respectful attitude toward coworkers and customers

Perform industrial cleaning and labor support tasks as directed by team leaders, supervisors, or account managers

Operate manual tools and production-related equipment safely and efficiently to support job completion

Monitor work processes to ensure quality standards and operational efficiency are consistently met Identify and report equipment issues, safety concerns, or process problems to the team leader immediately

Maintain work areas, equipment, and break spaces in a clean, organized, and safe condition at all times

Complete required daily documentation, including shift summaries, logs, and inventory reports as requested

Assist with on-the-job training and support onboarding of new employees or transferred team members

Follow all company policies, employee handbook guidelines, and supervisor instructions

Adhere to OSHA regulations and MPW safety standards in all work activities

Communicate job progress, issues, and updates clearly to supervisors and team members

Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs

What You’ll Need High school diploma or equivalent preferred; some high school education acceptable

Basic understanding of mechanical concepts and equipment operation in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred

Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, both verbally and in writing

Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds regularly and perform continuous physical labor throughout 8–12 hour shifts

Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in confined spaces, at varying heights, and in industrial environments with exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, and weather conditions; must be able to wear required PPE including respirators

Ability to travel to job sites as needed, including out-of-state assignments for extended periods, and work flexible schedules including overtime, weekends, and extended shifts
