Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Machine Operator III to join our 3rd shift team in Norman, United States. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining complex machinery to ensure smooth production processes and high-quality output.
Schedule: Friday - Sunday 5pm - 5am plus overtime as needed
- Set up, operate, and monitor various types of manufacturing equipment for optimal performance
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and work orders to ensure accurate production
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on assigned machinery
- Conduct quality checks on produced items to ensure they meet required specifications
- Enter production data and generate reports using computer systems
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production efficiency
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or production issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes
- 3-5 years of experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in operating complex machinery and equipment
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints accurately
- Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with quality control standards and preventive maintenance procedures
- Technical certifications related to machine operation preferred
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to commute to Norman, United States for Weekends, 3rdShift
