** What You'll Be Doing
*** Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.
* Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery.
* Adjust controls to maintain product quality and meet production targets.
* Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate operations.
* Follow all safety protocols and environmental compliance standards.
