Monday-Friday schedule with occasional overtime
Work with a leading packaging manufacturer
Hands-on, dynamic production environment
1st Shift 6am - 4:30pm
2nd Shift 4:30pm - 2am
What You'll Be Doing:- Operating production machines following all safety procedures
- Learning machine functions and production processes
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and company paperwork
- Troubleshooting machine issues as needed
- Observing machine operations to ensure quality output
- Using hand tools and manual dexterity for precise work
- Entering order specifications and box dimensions in computer software
- Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
- Cross-training on other machines as needed
- Completion of New Hire Screening process
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and move for long periods
- Proficiency in reading tape measures and blueprints
- Commitment to safe and efficient work practices
- Troubleshooting Skills
