We’re looking for an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to join our Operations team at our Rogers, MN facility. In this hands‑on leadership role, you’ll partner with the Manufacturing Manager to hit production goals by coordinating, directing, and actively participating in daily fabrication operations. You’ll work alongside your team on the shop floor while ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and performance standards are consistently met.
This role also carries full people‑leadership responsibilities, including onboarding, coaching, goal setting, performance reviews, and corrective action when needed.

Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a related fabrication, production, or manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of fabrication duties, including welding, lead bonding, and painting.
Solid grasp of downstream workflows to ensure production needs are consistently met.
Prior supervisory experience managing a team of 4–5 fabrication employees.
Experience providing daily direction on work assignments, along with coaching, training, and guidance on safety, quality, and company policies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
Hands‑on experience with hand tools, power tools, aerial lifts, forklifts, and overhead cranes.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for most of the workday.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation for this position ranges from $34 - $38/hr. based on education and experience.
