Practice Relations Ambassador

Oklahoma Dental Implants & Oral Surgery seeks a Practice Relations Ambassador to build and maintain strong relationships with referring dentists and their teams. In this patient-first, team-oriented practice, you will visit referral offices, coordinate events and education, support marketing outreach, and serve as a key liaison between our surgeons and community providers. This role helps ensure smooth communication, timely referrals, and excellent experiences for patients and partners in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring dentists and their teams.
• Conduct regular in-person visits to referral offices to share updates and gather feedback.
• Coordinate educational events, lunch-and-learns, and practice tours for referral partners.
• Support marketing initiatives, including distributing materials and promoting new services.
• Track referral trends and provide reports to leadership and surgeons.
• Collaborate with clinical and front office teams to resolve referral-related issues.
• Ensure timely, professional communication between the practice and referral offices.
• Represent the practice's brand, culture, and service standards in the community.
• Support patient experience by helping streamline the referral process.
• Continuously seek opportunities to grow referral networks and strengthen partnerships.
