Complete Home Services is looking for a creative, organized, and field-connected Social Media Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of social media across our portfolio of home-service brands.
This is not a role where every day is spent behind a desk. The Social Media Manager will visit branches, job sites, community events, and company activities to capture the real people and real work behind our brands. The right candidate will know how to turn those moments into engaging photos, videos, stories, reels, posts, and campaigns.
This is a hands‑on individual‑contributor role for someone who can manage multiple brand voices, keep content calendars moving, create strong mobile‑first content, and use performance data to improve what we publish.
What You Will Do- Own the Social Media Rhythm
- Plan, schedule, publish, and quality-check content across approved social media channels.
- Maintain coordinated content calendars for multiple CHS brands.
- Keep content timely, consistent, and aligned with each brand’s voice and audience.
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions.
- Respond within established guidelines and route sensitive customer, employee, or reputation concerns to the appropriate internal partner.
- Capture Authentic Content
- Travel to CHS branches, job sites, community events, and company activities approximately 25% of the time.
- Capture high‑quality photos and short‑form video using mobile‑first equipment and tools.
- Create reels, stories, videos, posts, and other platform‑specific content.
- Write clear, engaging social copy that fits the channel and brand.
- Organize content assets, approvals, permissions, and usage records.
- Support Multiple Brands
- Adjust tone, messaging, visual treatment, and content strategy for each CHS brand.
- Partner with Marketing, branch teams, field employees, recruiting, and other internal groups to identify strong content opportunities.
- Support campaigns, local‑market priorities, recruiting efforts, community activities, and company events.
- Source and repurpose approved content created by customers and employees.
- Measure and Improve
- Track audience growth, reach, engagement, content performance, and other agreed‑upon measures.
- Identify the topics, formats, channels, and publishing times that generate the strongest response.
- Use performance results and platform changes to improve future content.
- Share practical insights and recommendations with Marketing leadership.
- Protect the Brands
- Follow company expectations related to brand standards, customer and employee privacy, content permissions, copyright, safety, and platform use.
- Maintain organized content calendars, working files, and approval records.
- Use good judgment when publishing content or interacting with customers and followers online.
- One to three years of hands‑on experience managing social media accounts for a brand, agency, or comparable organization.
- A portfolio or work samples demonstrating social copy, photography, and short‑form video.
- Working knowledge of major social platforms and their native publishing features.
- Experience creating and editing mobile‑first photos and videos.
- Strong writing, organization, and follow‑through.
- Ability to manage multiple calendars, brands, and priorities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with branch and field teams.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet CHS driving requirements.
- Ability to travel regionally approximately 25% of the time.
- Availability for occasional early‑morning, evening, weekend, or event coverage.
- Preferred Education or coursework in marketing, communications, digital media, public relations, or a related field.
