We offer flexible full or part time schedules. Overtime or weekends may be required for specific events as well as attendance at the IFI retreat.

IFI provides training in order to equip Ministry Coordinators in personal fundraising. The Ministry Coordinator will develop a team of partners to cover financial needs such as salary, benefits, ministry expenses, and pray for their ministry. A Ministry Coordinator can expect a salary of $27,274-$84,872 based on experience and other factors.

Norman, OK is not only a college town, but it perfectly balances small-town charm with big-city perks. It has many great attractions including, the Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History, Lake Thunderbird State Park, and Fred Jones Jr. Museum of Art. But, the big thing in town is the University of Oklahoma (OU). Not only does it have a world class college football program, it's also the home of about 2,000 international students.

The bottom line is that OU is a great place to do international student ministry.

• Campus Ministry
  • Coordinate/participate in cultural activities/trips
  • Extend hospitality to international students, such as welcoming them to the area, providing transportation to activities, and familiarizing them with their new environment
  • Participate in an outreach activity, such as a Bible discussion group, friendship partnership, or 1-on-1 discipleship
• Church Relations
  • Establish new church relationships
  • Activate church coordinators and facilitate their involvement
  • Maintain data related to church partnerships and coordinators
• Volunteer Coordination
  • Work with volunteers, including recruitment and matching to activities
  • Attend and assist volunteers during outreach activities and big events
  • Maintain data related to volunteers

The Ministry Coordinator must adhere to IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies. The Ministry Coordinator must be a person of character who faithfully extends God's love globally by mobilizing Christians to effectively communicate the Gospel in the context of various cultures.

• Minimum of Bachelor degree
• Demonstrated experience mobilizing, training, and ministering to people
• Cross-cultural ministry experience, preferred
