, you will work an 8-hour shift, provide residents with personal care, assist the charge nurse, and deliver exceptional service. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team recognized for their achievements and contributions.

Job Responsibilities- Provide personal care to residents in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort, consistent with community policy.
- Promote and support the greatest possible degree of independence for residents.
- Advise supervising charge nurse of resident’s status at the beginning and end of shift.
- Contribute knowledge of resident’s conditions/needs to resident care plans.
- Assist in the implementation of care plans as directed within the parameters of established policy and procedure.
- Observe and report on residents’ conditions, and document observations as required.
- Comply with procedures for safe lifting and/or safe transfer of residents per established policies and procedures.
- Must be able to perform moderate to heavy lifting.
- Ensure equipment is clean and functional.
- Perform incidental housekeeping or maintenance tasks as needed to maintain a clean, hazard-free environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
- State certification as a nursing assistant
- Complete familiarity with the duties of a certified nursing assistant
