- $25 per hour
- Rate will increase after passing NCLEX
- Evening differential $2.50 per hour
- Night differential $3.00 per hour
- Weekend differential $3.00 per hour

- Provides basic patient care.
- Assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment.
- Takes and records vital sign (VS) data and relays to the patient’s nurse.
- Provides general nursing care and routine treatment / procedures under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Facilitates processing of patients.
- Provide documentation of completion of a program of registered nursing and eligibility to write the licensure examination in Oklahoma.
- The graduate may continue to be employed in a Nurse Resident role until licensed, provided that the first licensure examination is taken within 90 days after graduation and the examination is passed within 6 months of graduation, on either the first or the second attempt.
- If the examination is failed after the second attempt, the Nurse Resident can no longer remain in the Nurse Resident position.
- Graduates of registered nursing program with concurrent LPN license will also be placed in Nurse Resident role.
- Completion of an accredited nursing program.
- Active Oklahoma LPN license or active Multistate LPN/LVN license, if applicable.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re‑training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained through re‑training for the duration of employment.
- Complete the 1‑year Vizient Nurse Residency Program.
