• Rate will increase after passing NCLEX
• Evening differential $2.50 per hour
• Night differential $3.00 per hour
• Weekend differential $3.00 per hour

• Provides basic patient care.
• Assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment.
• Takes and records vital sign (VS) data and relays to the patient’s nurse.
• Provides general nursing care and routine treatment / procedures under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Facilitates processing of patients.

• Provide documentation of completion of a program of registered nursing and eligibility to write the licensure examination in Oklahoma.
• The graduate may continue to be employed in a Nurse Resident role until licensed, provided that the first licensure examination is taken within 90 days after graduation and the examination is passed within 6 months of graduation, on either the first or the second attempt.
• If the examination is failed after the second attempt, the Nurse Resident can no longer remain in the Nurse Resident position.
• Graduates of registered nursing program with concurrent LPN license will also be placed in Nurse Resident role.

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.

• Active Oklahoma LPN license or active Multistate LPN/LVN license, if applicable.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re‑training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained through re‑training for the duration of employment.
• Complete the 1‑year Vizient Nurse Residency Program.
