452 MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERV.
PM Intake/Admissions Registered Nurse Responsibilities- Conduct nursing assessments and evaluations
- Create and execute individualized care plans
- Provide health education and case management
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Ensure effective delivery of crisis services in alignment with state laws
- Primarily Intake/Admissions with possibility of being floated to units
- 12 hour shift available (6:30pm–7:00am)
- Annual Salary Options:
- Level III: $76,500 / $36.78 hourly
- Level II: $72,500 / $34.86 hourly
- Level I: $70,000 / $33.65 hourly
- Stacking Shift Differentials: $3.00 for evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
- Total Compensation Package: $71,000–$91,000, depending on number of covered dependents
- Includes up to 7% 401(k) match, 15 days annual leave, 15 days sick leave per year, and a benefits allowance
- Primary working hours: 6:30p–7:00a (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- Full‑time, non‑exempt, overtime available
- Level III – Bachelor’s in Nursing and a valid, permanent Oklahoma license as a registered nurse (Oklahoma Board of Nursing or eNLC) plus one year of professional nursing experience; or Associate in Nursing with two years of experience.
- Level II – Bachelor’s in Nursing and a valid license as above, or Associate in Nursing with one year of experience.
- Level I – Associate in Nursing and a valid, permanent Oklahoma license as a registered nurse.
Must possess a strong commitment to patient well‑being and safety. Must believe that recovery is possible.
Special Requirements- Physical examination upon conditional offer; must meet requirements for lifting/carrying 50 pounds and pushing/pulling up to 25 pounds.
- Willing and able to travel as required and have a valid driver’s license.
