Job SummaryJoin our multi-disciplinary team to make a difference. We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide high-quality, trauma-sensitive, person-centered, and recovery-oriented care to those in crisis. As part of our team, you will be responsible for offering direct or indirect nursing services, including:
- Conducting nursing assessments and evaluations
- Creating and executing individualized care plans
- Providing health education and case management
- Administering prescribed medications and treatments
- Ensuring the effective delivery of crisis services in alignment with state laws
Primarily Intake/Admissions with a high possibility of getting floated to the units.
Job DetailsShift: 12‑hour shift available (6:30pm – 7:00am)
Hours: Primary working hours are 6:30p – 7:00a (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). Non‑exempt, overtime available.
Salary: LevelIII: $76,500 / $36.78 hourly, LevelII: $72,500 / $34.86 hourly, LevelI: $70,000 / $33.65 hourly. Stacking shift differentials: $3.00 for evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. Total compensation package: $71,000–$91,000, depending on number of covered dependents.
Agency coverage: 24 hours, 7 days per week. Work hours and location may vary depending on business necessity; employees may be required to work weekends and overtime.
Benefits include up to 7% 401(k) match, 15 days annual leave, 15 days sick leave per year, and a generous benefits allowance that allows you to choose state benefits at little to no cost.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience- LevelIII: Bachelor’s in Nursing and possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a registered nurse, or Associate in Nursing with two years of professional nursing experience.
- LevelII: Bachelor’s in Nursing and possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a registered nurse, or Associate in Nursing with one year of professional nursing experience.
- LevelI: Associate in Nursing and possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a registered nurse.
Must possess a strong commitment to patient well‑being and safety and believe that recovery is possible.
Special Requirements- Upon a conditional offer of employment, applicants must submit to a physical examination and meet the requirements of occasionally lifting/carrying 50 pounds and pushing/pulling up to 25 pounds.
- Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job‑related travel normally associated with this position and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Upon a conditional offer of employment for safety‑sensitive positions, a urinalysis drug test is required; appointment is contingent on a negative result.
- Recipients with an out‑of‑state license under eNLC may not be in a position that bills.
- Annual base salary range of $70,000–$76,500 plus a generous benefits allowance.
