This position may be filled as an RN Level 1, 2, or 3 depending on experience, education, and qualifications. The role is based at the Stephenson Cancer Center in Oklahoma City.

• Monday‑Friday; 8am‑5pm or 4‑10hour shifts (shift hours may vary with patient scheduling)

• Assume responsibility for assigned patients or patient groups.
• Document patient responses, monitoring changes in physician orders.
• Assist physician in examinations and minor diagnostic procedures.
• Obtain and monitor physiological data; intervene when necessary.
• Administer medications as prescribed, including intravenous infusions and blood products.
• Deliver patient care safely and competently, resolving complaints promptly.
• Inform patients and families of procedures and share care plans.
• Refer patients to appropriate personnel when needed.
• Maintain professional certification/licensure.
• Develop a professional career plan with measurable goals.
• Delegate tasks to support staff and perform duties as assigned.

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• 0–3 years experience as an RN.
• Current Registered Nurse License from the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing or a multistate compact RN license.
• Basic Life Support (American Heart Association) certification upon hire.

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• 3–5 years experience as an RN.
• Current Registered Nurse License from Oklahoma or a multistate compact RN license.
• Basic Life Support certification upon hire.
• Specialty certification(s) preferred.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required;
  Master's preferred.
• 5+ years experience as an RN.
• Current Registered Nurse License from Oklahoma or a multistate compact RN license.
• Basic Life Support certification upon hire.
• Specialty certification(s) preferred.

• Knowledge of basic professional nursing theory, practices, techniques, and procedures.
• Ability to organize, plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing services.
• Maintain civility and good working relationships with patients and staff.
• Respond effectively to cultural and language needs.
• Skill in computer applications for quality and safety measures.
• Advocate for patients and maintain trust.
• Engage in conflict resolution constructively.
• Maintain compliance with accreditation standards.
• Foster an inclusive workplace.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
