Oceans Healthcare is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) for a behavioral health unit in Norman, OK. The RN will lead milieu management, direct nursing staff, and ensure safe, evidence-based patient care under Joint Commission and state guidelines.
Shifts are 12 hours, including day and night coverage. The role requires strong assessment, documentation, and communication, with a focus on geriatric and adult behavioral health patients. CPR and BH de-escalation training are required.
