Qualifications & Skills- Active RN license (Oklahoma or compact)
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Minimum 2 years of recent progressive care or step‑down experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proficiency in electronic medical records
- Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and communication skills
- Deliver high‑quality patient care
- Monitor patient status and respond to changes
- Collaborate with healthcare team
- Ensure compliance with safety and clinical standards
