Schedule:

Double Weekend Shifts (e.g., Saturdays & Sundays, 16 hour shifts)
Pay Rate: $32.50/hour Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our long-term care team. This position is part of a weekend program requiring double shifts, providing consistent, high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility or nursing home setting.

Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

Monitor residents’ health status and report changes to the RN or physician

Assist with daily living activities, including hygiene, mobility, and comfort

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal resident outcomes

Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies

Qualifications

Current, active LPN license in [State]Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to work extended shifts on weekends
