Job Title

Evaluate/Monitor employee injuries/illness both work related/non work related.

Coordinating the care of potential exposures incidents.

Administers and monitors the compliance of health programs.

Provides administrative support.

Education:

Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent. (An associate degree plus three years clinical experience is considered equivalent to a BSN for this position.)

Experience:

With a BSN, three years clinical nurse experience required. With an ASN six years clinical nurse experience required. Prefer experience in management.

Licensure/Certification/Registration/Professional Designation ETC:

Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license. Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment.
