ADAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR CLINICAL COORDINATOR REGISTERED NURSE (RN)
As our Clinical Coordinator, you arrive each day ready to take our hospice services above and beyond. You manage our office and clinical operations in order to meet the needs of our patients and help them live each day to the fullest. Facilitates intake communication and coordination for patient admission criteria.
The Clinical Coordinator may need to make initial visits to determine admission determination. Ensuring our patient's needs are met, you coordinate the daily workload and 24-hour services.
Working with the HR department, you assist with recruiting, hiring, and training new employees. You act as a resource for our field staff, investigate and resolve all reported incidents, conduct performance evaluations, and develop performance improvement plans as well as educate employees on infection control and how to recognize and report abuse.
One of your main priorities is to ensure service satisfaction by visiting patients as needed. You build and maintain effective relationships with referral sources as well as listen and respond to customer needs. You also manage the branch's annual budget, accounting for the financial impact of all admissions, discharges, and recertifications. Thanks to your effective planning, quality assurance measures, and excellent leadership, our hospice program continues to achieve positive care outcomes.

- Oklahoma RN license, BSN preferred
- 1 year supervisory experience
- Minimum 2 years of hospice preferred
- Must understand the grief process with patients and families
- Ability to obtain CPR certification within 60 days of hire
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and vehicle insurance
- Basic computer skills
